Anyone knows if B64 Maserati GranTurismo is best as 699 or 969?
Got mine at 699. A while since I've used it but I think beat it's 969 brethren on things like fast and twisty circuit. Can test some times if you want.
Thanks! Will keep it in mind!
    @TD42792
699 wins fast and twisty circuit. Losses g force. Been testing mine vs 969 in the current event.

Cool. Let me know if you find karting. Twisty road would be interesting as well but we dont have it in this event.

That's the best non-legendary 2010s caterham and one of the best 2010s slalom cars generally so while the JPE and R500 may beat it, they don't always qualify for the same events.

Agree with keeping the second Widebody
Agree on the Caterham as well
The RQ65 Camaro SS is pretty much useless without its silver screen tag
I've also gotten a surprising amount of use out of the Maloo, not just on city streets - it shares with the VX220 Turbo as being the best non-legendary Vauxhall/Opel in the dry

Big thing I wanted to bring up is that the Mustang BOSS is the best non-legendary American City streets car. Only the Cadillac CTS-V Sport Wagon, ATS-V, and CTS-V (prize only) can beat it. I also suspect the Ford beats unfused Caddies when maxed, and it beats the very commonly maxed RQ65 Mustang GT (this was originally UR and was part of an introductory premium starter pack). Up to you, but I consider this a critical car for my American hand.

In overall usefulness, I'd rank them:

2nd widebody (depending on your legendary AD/Dodge hand - could be lower if you have a ton of Vipers or something like that)
    BOSS 302
    Maloo
    Caterham
    [big ol' gap]
    Camaro SS

Seems like you are showing off. Btw 699 tune is not good for it.

Which way to tune the Lamborghini Countach LP400 S? I need it for Championship, Italia 8 against the Lamborghini Countach LP400 on fast circuit rolling. I think 996 would suit it better than 699 because there are italian cars with better handling, so I can use it at least for (long) drags.

I'd say it's definitely a 969 car. The purple LP400 is much faster in a straight line for 1 less RQ.

Why would you suggest 969? By mistake?
It is 996 or 699. It is not slalom car.

It's definitely not a 996 car, as I've said, the purple one is better at any kind of drag race, for 1 less RQ. And I don't think the handling is good enough to make 699 a good option. That's why. Feel free to prove me wrong with screenshots of a 699 version beating a 969 on most tracks.

    Purple countach 996
Black and white countach they split wins between 699 and 969. For first deffo 969.

imo 0-60 is main point for 699 not handling.
It clearly shows with D class cars. 699 tune is not working even with high handling score.
Below 5 seconds when 699 starts to appear as viable tune.

    Do it your way then.

Thank you for your help. I am glad that I asked before I finally fused into it. Fusing into an epic is no option for me. It is my best Lamborghini at the moment. Maybe the next one.

I have one at 666 and I'm probably going 699. I feel like it's one of those cars like the rq60 cayman or tvr 450 seac where it is very strong on running starts on fast circuit or tokyo loop and things like that due to its excellent mra. I will probably wait for some event myself though.

    Hello !

Trying to prepare my Z8 and i am wondering which is better 233 or 323 ?

I have the M6 in 332, and also, my Z8 is currently 222. So i want to upgrade 322 or 232 :) and see the track tomorrow

    Slalom, hairpin, Gforce, Drags 323

twisty circuit, twisty road, kartings will go to 233.
    I did 323 1st and 233 2nd.

    I did 323 1st and 233 2nd.
Drags 1/2 and 1 Mile they tie.

323 wins, Slalom (standing and rolling), G-Force, Hairpin
233 wins Fast Circuit (standing and rolling), Indoor Karting, Karting Circuit, Twisty Circuit, Twisty Road

I would go 233 first but really it depends where someone sees the usage.

  • AslanVAslanV Posts: 538 ✭✭✭
Yep, and 332 instead of 323, beat the Z8 actually
  • MalaniMalani Posts: 108 ✭✭✭
Thoughts on how best to finish these three, all currently sitting at 669....?

    Thanks!
  • AslanVAslanV Posts: 538 ✭✭✭
M6 is either 332 or 233, so you have your answer for this one :)
  • JaguarDTMJaguarDTM Posts: 324 ✭✭✭
All 3 of them I think are 233 cars (not completely sure about the Z4). M6 is either 332 or 233 depending on how you'll use it, though if it's your first I suggest 233.

Should I keep the GMC Terrain? Even though it's an RQ 64 I don't see it very often...

This is my off-road USA garage:

I would - it’s relatively light as far as offroaders go and ends up 5.5/84 maxed 969. Haven’t used mine much recently but not a bad car

Time to upgrade the Bulldog for the CotW event.
    Shall I go 996 or 969?
