But hey, the Peugeout Dakar is a great off-road car to win on-road races against the other off-road cars. You have to stay creative and look out for the fitting niche.
Didn't they provide testing for the DKR ahead of the event and we knew it wasn't that great?
One thing is "it wasn't that great" and other is "in fact, its a really ****"
You cant offer this car like an epic rq25, because maybe his real rq is 18-20. Many people spent money to get this car (for luck, me not) and its deshonest imho.
Do you have any clue how Hutch determines the RQ of a car?
It seems that without test it before.
Hutch has a preset grouping of tracks that they run every vehicle on. They have never shared the list of tracks. We only know that it is a sample of all different types of tracks. How a single car performs on those tracks versus all other cars determines it's RQ. A car is NOT tested only on the tracks where it would typically be used or excel on. This means that cars like this will receive an 'artificial' increase in RQ compared to other offroad-equipped cars because it will perform better on dry asphalt than it's 4WD counterparts. This is not dishonest.
I thought the results were weighted though? So an offroad car would have its RQ result weighted based on the type of tracks you'd expect to run it on. It loses to D RWD offroad cars then I really don't see how it got its RQ, regardless of it winning against other offroaders on dry asphalt.
I don't recall anything about weighting (although I may just not remember that piece). One thing to think about with those D-cars is.... - Better handling, which matters way more than 0-60 in twisty snow - Less weight - engine-upgrade-increases-traction-bonus (twice, compared to a 333 DKR)
The DKR does have ABS & TCS, as well as high clearance vs the D-cars medium.
Who has a 969 Alfetta Rally and can post results from Monaco 7.1? (or a 333 build of an Escort Rally, 928 Rally, or Silvia Rally)
In particular check the paragraph that starts referencing my post.
This is kind of odd. Prior to that post, I don't recall Hutch ever mentioning that. In fact, they used to tell us exactly what I explained. If this changed somewhere over time, I would have expected to see a large number of cars change in RQ as a result. We haven't seen this.
One other thing worth mentioning is that they didn't mention what type of offroad tracks were used in the testing. If it was dry dirt, the DKR could have performed closer to 4WD vehicles.
It does make you wonder why Hutch would even put a clearly buggy and unfair result into the weekly challenge at all.
But it's okay because they have fixed more bugs than ever before.
Just clearly not the gameplay ones that affect results.
Honestly I don't think they have even looked at the unbelievable results thread. No effort has gone into trying to fix these, or the quality of life bugs introduced in the latest update.
The game is worst every update, and many players are lefting, solution? More offer, and its all ok for hutch.
In one year there are more bots than real player, altought maybe already there are more bots... sad but true, the game need help and hutch doesnt want work in it.
Ok, new challenge. Any lower RQ than the D escort rally that can beat it?
I don't think so, the RQ13 one is the lowest that can beat it. But for all of you wondering if the DKR is only bad in snow, I can assure you it's also as bad on dirt tracks. Even on 1/4miles, dirt+rain it only barely wins against not maxed rwd offroaders RQ18-22.

This car was sold, and they got a good money for it, so for hutch its ok, dont need fix it.
Like Dodge demon, almost 1 year and the car still 0-60 in 2.6 and not 2.3
But if we have a problema with table prizes, dont worry, they will not sleep until the problem is fixed, INFLATION INFLATION!!!
This one surprised me. 12 extra points in handling on the medium circuit & 4wd drive bonus.
Doesn't surprise me at all. The US city streets ends in what is basically a drag race and you've paired a car with pretty **** MRA with a car with great MRA. Plus I don't think 4WD really has a bonus on dry tracks.

Surprising considering it's a W12 engine that's just shy of 6 Liters. And over 400hp, and nearly 400lb-ft torque. But what do I know

Also is it just me or is 2:24:00 - 2:23:96 not 0:03?
The list of cars that can beat the DKR is getting longer and longer..

Meh!
But then.
when i found one.. I felt the same way .. I wrote ad hutch if it was a Bug
@Hutch_Robin
@Hutch_Tim
Or can you explain to us what is more important than this? This is the heart of the game!
Too many bugs, stop adding cars and work on it please, it s a major mistake, each day is more frustrating than the last...
333 vs 363, I thought it doesn't happen on test bowl
