PL11.1 Player Update: Missing Prizes / Pack Price Doubled

Players with the PL11.1 update may be affected by the following issues.

Pack Price Doubled:

If you have purchased an offer that has cost double the usual amount, please contact Customer Support. Please let them know which pack(s) you bought.
Please allow a few days for the team to respond to your ticket, due to the high volume of tickets being received.

Missing Event Prize:
If you haven’t received your event prize, we are looking into the issue as quickly as possible as a matter of priority.

    *UPDATE* Prize Issue Resolved.
    Players missing prizes from the end of yesterday's event should now be able to claim their prize. Please restart your game, go to the Events page and claim your prize.
    We apologize for the delay to receive prizes.

    *UPDATE* 
    We’ve released another hot fix which should solve the event issues being encountered by players in the last two days. There was also an issue with double pack purchases, which has also been addressed in this fix. There is a small chance you’ve not received prizes from yesterday’s Daily Event, for this reason, we’ve put two additional events live where you can win both packs and currency. You can follow the discussion on PL11.1 here: https://forums.hutchgames.com/discussion/comment/169263/#Comment_169263
