Yes, this is a case where the prize car on offer isn't the fastest model. Since we'll be having this discussion sooner or later anyway, here's how the stock times currently look, with the 12C added in there for reference:

Maybe go for an epic this time? The Pontiac G8 GXP is so beautiful, especially in this bright Sunset Orange colour. I have a personal connection with this guy. This was my most prized possession in GT Racing 2 back in the day and it still looks stunning.

Disclaimer: I know fine well Audi will never be used.
I agree with @joel24 - I have found several tests and the very best are 10.1 at 139 to 142mph (but this is on a prepared drag strip)
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/motoring/motoringvideo/11518955/Bugatti-Veyron-tested-in-14-mile-drag-race.html
The most realistic and carefully documented in the real world is 10.4 at 139.9 and 0-60 in 2.7 seconds
https://www.motortrend.com/cars/bugatti/veyron/2007/2006-bugatti-veyron/
And for the 1 mile - "the mile in 25.9 sec. at 204.4 mph"

This data could be used to create a very accurate real world acceleration curve
Given all of this information and reliable testing data, are we going to see a correction to the two cars below in the short term?
