  Exactly the same, I click on the reward the server error occured and then the game restarted over and over...

  I've found an issue on Day 438. The pack would always have been showing as white, as it's misdefined. I've corrected it, but as the reward is cached in advance, it may not help those experiencing the issue.
  
  I've notified a server engineer. When we get to work, they'll investigate.

  Investigating has identified a solution. An engineer will work on that today. A separate task to prevent this error in future has been created for future development.

  If the engineer can't fix the problem, can he at least go in and play my hands for me in the Daily and Qualifiers?

  After 12 hours from the last post from Hutch nothing is going.

  Try hitting 'Events' really quickly before the Claim Prize appears - this worked for me as a temporary workaround
