Error when booting the game (What in the hell is going on?)

I'm almost positive this has been beat to death, but I can't find any solutions and I've tried all I can really do to fix this.
When launching the game, after being stuck on the white Hutch logo for about 10 seconds, the game quits out/crashes.
I've tried rebooting my phone 
I've tried updating my phone
I've tried reinstalling the game
I've tried resetting my Iphone settings
I've tried paying off a mob boss
Nothing I do fixes this issue, and I don't want to delete all app data as this would likely delete all my progress since 2017.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Running IOS 12, Iphone.

    Yikes. If you can't even get into the game to use in-game support, the next best thing is to hit the big 'contact us' button here and we can pick it up via email, hopefully we can figure this out for you:

    Yeah, I emailed the support team last night. Just waiting on a response. 
    I play this game religiously as pretty much the only game on most platforms, so I’m not in the mood to miss a full week, especially with the Austin challenges coming up :/

    that's cool, no Austin challenge until the end of August. So hutch support can take it easy 👍
    I gotta beef munch garage up though. It’s still extremely weak compared to others, but I’m not about to go posting it looking for suggestions as to what to upgrade, because then id be rubbing off as pretentious.

    Ahahah, am still super upset I missed the big eye. That was the Austin I wanted more than any
