Search has failed me. I think I remember someone saying this RUF R56.11 was a slalom beast but it also has high RQ. So I'm torn between 996 and 969.

Quite strong mra too for its rq iirc

Yeah edited. I meant MRA not RQ...thanks for spotting my deliberate mistake.

Ah ok yes, I am in the same situation... will probably keep it 966 until an event warrants the last upgrade

969 or 699 for the roadster?

I'm at 666, would also like some thoughts
Bump it up, input is appreciated.

Hey Andreas, I'm fusing one of mine up, given how my Epic 969's all seem to lose to their 699 counterparts, I'm going 699 on this one.

Possibly 996 depending on tracks? Not sure how it would stack up to the RUF drag kings, but it’d be a potent merc/conv dragger?

Depends on where your scope is, if all cars considered, it could potentially lose to a 996 AMG GT in a Merc Drag Race

If we're talking Conv Drags, it's going to be obliterated by Veyron, 918 and Zonda.

BMW X5 4.4i is the lowest RQ B 4wd All bimmer but the highest MRA according to club site. Fuse or keep?

TopDrives.club says the old X5 PHEV is marginally better (17.03s vs. 16.73s) but it looks like the best GR one.

Any experience with the Ktm? 699 or 969 to finish?

  • RWareRWare Posts: 1,127 ✭✭✭✭✭
Can't say I've ever see one to be honest. It doesn't look that far off the Superli.....no wait, it's nearly half a second slower....

In current prelims it is pretty useful, beats superlight on drags, beats lotus on fast circuits..
  • AndreasSimmerAndreasSimmer Posts: 1,927 ✭✭✭✭✭
Interesting discussion in the link, with unsure conclusion. As i have faster draggers, i dont need the favored 996 tune, stilll unsure.

Mine is 969 haven't done any testing but I assumed it would be better since that seems the way to go for ultra rares

    'Vette at 2.3 all, 303/033?

Cat and Merc both at 1.3 each, 303/033?
    Currently all fusing Chassis.

I have both Corvettes: they’re split pretty even, DM me if you need specific tracks tested

In the past the way to go on the Caterham was 699 - that’s what mine is anyway.

    Went 969 on the Merc

I’m keeping mine at 669 right now and hoping for some more input from the guys on the forum.
the car used to be epic for almost 2 years so 699 might be more useful. It’s probably a mix between 969 and 699, maybe 699 being slightly more useful, but it’s just a guess with no track times to confirm.

Caterham at 699 is quite good. This is what I did and I cannot remember instances where I regretted it, and I have used it a lot now.
Merc I would say it is split between 996 and 969, but perhaps 969 first, as it is more versatile.

Pulled M6 Gran Coupe today. Nice car, but already got Old and GR BMWs that are better.
any point in keeping this one, anything it’s better at than old rq26 bmw?

Can it beat blue M5 RQ26 in any drags?
