Why would you ever put Numero 9 on anything with speed?
     It has 42 MRA
    Cadillac has 66 MRA

Rolling start kills your 0-60 advantage.
4WD dont have any bonus for Dry asphalt.
    Now you will know.

I'll post is there as well:
    WTF is this?

Apparently it's a known issue on drags?
Does Top Drives also start to become a guessing game of things not making sense and to deal with?

Heavier cars have more grip on snow. I think thats the reason why you lost.

Better acceleration/top speed should still prevails on drags.

Sounds a bit ridiculous that less upgraded cars can win against fully upgraded cars though. :/
Doesn't make much sense in a such game.

And another one (this is the day for me):

    Report: "Car had better acceleration".
    lol
Not only my acceleration and grip were supposed to be better, BMW has far better MRA, and even traction control (vs just PER tyres, and only 78kg less).

It's not raining, so why should traction control be an advantage? Also MRA is not good indicator for twisty tracks. You lost probably because the Opel has a very good off the line acceleration (0-30mph; and which z3 lacks) and your 2+ grip points where not enough to compensate.

I know traction is not important on dry (while it should be technically maybe), I've put it just in case of.

But where does that 0-30mph comes from? So there would be another hidden stat with the MRA?

Still a joke result for me seeing the cars stats globally. :/

I would not say it is a hidden stat. Cars have (hidden) acceleration curves and each acceleration requires a different interval of that curve. what we know is just the 0-60 time on a straight and the MRA because we calculate it. The rest can be taken from observation transformed into experience.

not sure if this has been brought up, but 323 isn't the optimal tune for JPE on slalom 😳
323 for high performance epics is not viable tune.
I would like to see 233 tune time in slalom. But still seems not possible that 233 tune could be faster by so large gap.

That was the 699 tune losing to a 996 tune

    What?

RWD is better in any non-dry asphalt race vs FWD.

RWD > ABS, TCS and 4 handling points
    Ok

350 kg difference more important than +5 grip, TCS and ABS and little bit better acceleration on wet slalom?

And again weird explanation in report: "Better equipment" (why not say weight if was the weight?)

I have the feeling TCS is often ****.

  • mauro07mauro07 Posts: 2,968 ✭✭✭✭✭
i think TCS and ABS doesn't work properly on wet tracks and snow too

On slalom TCS is not good because it slows down the car and prevents the car from drifting. I think that's the problem.

I don't know if in real life it should work like that though.

Dodge Charger has no MRA (49.32) and the Monte Carlo is a MRA monster (80.99). One of the best super rare FWD draggers.

4rq higher, 25% lighter, 90 more hp... yet it looses.
@Hutch: fix the zonda cinque that you destroyed, or lower the rq.
